Placing an Order

1. Find the product you’re interested in.
2. Specify the quantity.
3. Place the order in the form located at the bottom of each product page and send it.
4. You will receive a response from us confirming the order and informing you about any applicable discounts.
5. Many of our products can be customized according to your preferences. Contact us to discuss the details. We will answer any questions related to the timeline for completing a custom project, costs, and technical requirements.
6. If you are interested in purchasing different products, you can include them in one order.

Payment Terms and Order Fulfillment

1. The prices listed on our website are net prices.
2. The listed prices do not include delivery costs. We offer delivery via GLS courier. An example of a net delivery price for a package weighing up to 30 kg is PLN 24.00, with an additional fee of PLN 5.00 for cash on delivery.
3. Orders placed by 1:00 PM are fulfilled on the same day; orders placed after this time are fulfilled the next day. The invoice is included with the shipping label.
4. For the first transaction, the goods are shipped after prepayment (based on a proforma invoice) or via cash on delivery.
