Graphic Preparation
Preparing production files for printing:
1. Files must be flattened (without layers).
2. Bleed should not be added.
3. All fonts should be converted to outlines.
4. Colors should be in CMYK.
5. For complex designs (shadows, transparency), always flatten layers, leaving only text, logos, graphics, etc., as vectors. Otherwise, even if the PDF file looks correct, errors may occur during the production process.
6. We accept files in the following formats: TIFF, PDF, JPG, CDR (up to version X9), EPS, AI.
7. The preferred format is TIFF with LZW compression, allowing file size reduction (flattened file) or PDF.
8. For the best results, the work should be prepared at a 1:1 scale with a resolution of 150 dpi.
9. Files should be sent to us via WeTransfer (free access at www.wetransfer.com) or uploaded to our FTP – access details will be provided upon request.
